AWIS is a capabilities and potential assessment framework, inspired by the Bhagavad Gita and powered by modern AI. It helps individuals know themselves more deeply and helps institutions turn assessment insight into focused development action.
Beyond a conventional capability profile, AWIS looks through two distinctive lenses: the Colour of the Mind and Consciousness Level.
More languages are being added gradually.
From the principles that guide a person to the habits that sustain them: a broader lens than a single-trait profile.
Beliefs, ethics and values that shape orientation and choices.
Purpose, ambition and vision that inform future direction.
Intelligence, judgement and wisdom behind communication, leadership and decisions.
Psychological well-being and the emotional patterns that shape responses.
Health, discipline and leisure as foundations of lasting growth.
AWIS looks past a capability profile through two distinctive lenses that are not part of conventional assessments. They add depth to how a person is understood and how development is planned.
Every person carries three fundamental attributes in varying proportion: Goodness (Sattva), Passion (Rajas) and Ignorance (Tamas), as described in the Bhagavad Gita. Their composition shapes perception, thinking, emotion and behaviour, and is reported in every Summary and Comprehensive report.
Illustrative composition, not a real profile.
If the Colour of the Mind shows the mix, Consciousness Level shows what the mix does: the level of awareness from which a person habitually thinks, decides and acts, and the natural orientation it points to.
Illustrative ascending scale. Developmental, not diagnostic.
Each shown with the evidence behind it.
Each shown with the evidence behind it.
Chosen to bridge those needs, with the reason why.
Every person shows a primary natural orientation, so roles and development fit the person.
IntellectualLeadershipEntrepreneurialManagerialSupportQuantitative scores and qualitative descriptions across 30 parameters in the Comprehensive Report, and across five pillars in the Summary Report.
Consciousness Level points to a natural orientation: the kind of contribution a person is most inclined toward. An organisation needs all five, and most people show a primary and a secondary orientation.
Inclined toward strategic thinking, institution-building and long-term direction. May thrive in strategy, research, policy, advisory and governance roles.
Inclined toward mobilising people and resources and driving growth and change inside an organisation. May thrive in business leadership and change management.
Inclined toward spotting opportunities and building new ventures, products or markets with calculated risk. May thrive in start-ups, new-business units and innovation labs.
Inclined toward coordination, governance, process management and systematic implementation. May thrive in operations, administration and compliance.
Inclined toward guided execution, teamwork and process adherence, giving organisations continuity and cohesion. May thrive in structured, team-based environments.
Orientation describes natural inclination, not ability or worth. Role examples are illustrations, not placements, and no orientation ranks above another.
Your people generate signals every day. AWIS turns them into human capability intelligence, from the individual to the organisation.
Recruitment, promotion, succession.
Role fit, deployment, readiness.
Blockers to performance.
Insight into targeted development.
Capabilities and Potential score, orientation, Colour of the Mind, scores across five pillars, five strengths, five development areas and five L&D suggestions.
Everything in the Summary, plus sub-parameter scores and descriptions, deeper analysis and an elaborate action plan.
A concise, holistic view that lets top leadership make quick, objective people decisions.
Anonymised sample reports to be added.
Language, interpretation and safeguards are adapted for each audience. A school student, an exam aspirant and a senior executive do not receive the same guidance.
Language and interpretation are adapted by age and stage. AWIS supports self-reflection: it does not predict exam results or fix a student’s potential or future career.
Working professionals: understand strengths, aspirations and development priorities, plan your next career move and build sustainable performance.
CXOs, senior and emerging leaders: read your orientation, Colour of the Mind and Consciousness Level, and use the Executive Decision Report for succession and top-team decisions.
Build pilots and development partnerships on AWIS insight.

Individual assessment and development profiles
Cohort-level analysis of common strengths and development priorities
Targeted L&D interventions based on identified needs
Evaluation through feedback, follow-up assessments and placement indicators
AWIS complements existing academic, career-development and recruitment processes. Its effectiveness and predictive value for employability are evaluated through structured piloting and evidence, not assumed in advance.
Colour of the Mind and Consciousness Level add depth conventional profiles do not.
Five stages connect beliefs and purpose with capability, well-being and discipline.
Five strengths, five development areas and five L&D programmes, each with the reason why.
Profiles roll up into TNI with interventions aligned to organisational goals.
Students, aspirants, institutes and corporates, with interpretation adapted to each.
We state what AWIS measures, what it does not, and how to read results.
Client-reported: detailed insight across 30 parameters, Executive and Comprehensive Reports, TNI analysis and division-level interventions. This is the client’s own account and does not establish causation. [Client-approved testimonial to be inserted.]
Methodology, assessment scope (including both lenses), sample reports, validation information, privacy practices and case studies. Documents to be added.
How reports are produced. AWIS reports are generated by the AWIS (Ancient Wisdom Intelligence System) Rule Engine, with AI-assisted narrative operating within predefined rules, based on the responses provided by the participant.
Intended use. Observations, strengths, development areas and recommendations reflect self-reported tendencies at the time of assessment and are intended for self-development, coaching, leadership development and learning. Colour of the Mind, Consciousness Level and Natural Orientation are AWIS-defined developmental constructs. They are not clinical measures or rankings.
Not a basis for decisions. A report is not to be used as the sole or primary basis for recruitment, selection, promotion, compensation, disciplinary, legal, psychological, medical or admission and examination decisions. Organisations should combine it with other evidence and human judgement, and comply with applicable law.
Not professional advice. A report is not psychological, medical, counselling, legal or financial advice or diagnosis.
No guarantee. Accuracy depends on the honesty and accuracy of the responses given. Neither AWIS nor FICXIT Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. guarantees future performance, employability or examination results based on an assessment.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AWIS and FICXIT Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a report. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy and consent. Assessment data is processed in line with the AWIS privacy notice and applicable data protection law. Participants should give informed consent, and for minors a parent or guardian must do so. Reports are confidential to the participant and any authorised recipient.
